Switch to our new Online Banking for a better banking experience.

On 18 February 2021 we will replace our old Internet Banking site with the newer Online Banking platform.

We’ve heard your requests.

We're delaying shutting down the old Internet Banking site to give you more time to get familiar with the new site. This way we can also add more of the features and functions you've asked for.

Keep an eye on our update lineup to see what’s coming, when.

For continued access without disruption

We recommend you register on the new Online Banking before 18 February 2021 and confirm that you have access to all your profiles and accounts. Registering will not prevent you from accessing your Internet Banking as we will keep the service open until the shut-down date.

So you’ve got until 18 February – then why the rush?

For most clients, registering on the new Online Banking or Money app is quick and simple. But if you come across any trouble, we can still help. You are more likely to encounter an issue if:

  • you’re responsible for more than one profile;
  • you’ve shared Internet Banking access with other people; and/or
  • you don’t personally bank with us but have access to a business bank
    account.

If you come across any trouble, please contact your relationship banker or call us on 0860 555 111.

Why are we changing?

Our new Online Banking brings you enhanced security, greater functionality, and a much simpler, easier-to-use interface for both your personal and business banking needs.
